Guide to Zoose

Signing up – registering an account

Creating a Zoose account is easy! It requires a valid email address and you will also need to create a password and agree to our terms of use / privacy notice. Download the Zoose mobile app: Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Fill in your first and last name, e-mail address, and preferred language.

2. Next, choose your subscription plan. We offer a standard flat rate for 15 minutes of talk time or more minutes at a volume discount.

3. Enter your payment information. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your interpretation meetings to be automatically charged and your current balance of remaining talk time to be calculated after each session.

Subscriptions - choosing a payment plan

We offer multiple plans for as low as .87 cents per minute of talk time. Our standard plan for 15 minutes of talk time is $15 or $1.00 per minute.

1. Choose the best payment plan for you by “scrolling over” and selecting the “offer box” associated with our various subscriptions.

2. Continue to Purchase Plan where you will finalize your payment preferences.

Zoose will automatically maintain the current balance and inform you of your remaining time. When your balance reaches three (3) minutes, we will auto-refill at our standard rate of 15 minutes /$1.00 per minute or allow you to choose a new, discounted plan.

Creating a Meeting – getting started

When you want to start a meeting with a Zoose Interpreter, it is as simple as:

1. Select the two (2) languages that you want to interpret by choosing from the dropdown menu.

2. Click on the “Start the meeting” button to connect with an interpreter. A qualified Zoose interpreter will join you on the call and assist you with your unique situations that require both language fluency and local knowledge.

3. When the call is finished, simply click on the “end call” icon.

Share Meeting ID – adding family/friends to a meeting

There may be times when you want other family members or friends to join you on your meeting with the Zoose Interpreter. It is easy to add other members to the call meeting:

1. Look for the Meeting ID that is automatically generated when you are about to start a session.

2. You can copy the ID or click the “Share Meeting ID” button and automatically send it to others via any of the various communication apps on your mobile such as text, Quick Share, Whatsapp or e-mail.

Make sure others have already downloaded the Zoose app to their mobile device. It is necessary for them to communicate via the Zoose app.

Call History

This is a great Zoose feature to automatically keep track of your call history including:

- the date of the meeting,
- the time the call was initiated,
- the meeting’s duration and
- the payment charge for that particular call/meeting

The call history also automatically updates the current balance of the talk time minutes remaining in your account.
